Cornbeef hash…something DH and I always like to test the dish when we go out for breakfast. Our motto is – if they can make a good one of these then they are a good breakfast place! This one with a sunny side up egg on top wasn’t too bad. Mentioning that egg, I am not a fan of runny yolks whereas DH loves them. Heck! He even likes soft-boiled eggs. I’m scrambled, fried hard, or hard boiled. Unless of course it’s a scotched egg then that’s another tasty story.
