Well, besides the cosplayers (those who dress up) there are so many other things and people and more things going on. Speakers, artists, celebrities, t shirts, posters, tons of comic and other books, autograph and photo sessions, stuff to buy, get a tattoo and fangs (vampire, zombie, or werewolf), crowds, contests, toys, jewelry…just loads of fun!

Brings back memories of when I used to go to the comic-con in Novi (Michigan). I stopped going because it got too expensive!! That’s so cool that you got to see THE Captain Picard, I LOVED watching “The Next Generation”!! My husband went to one earlier this year, and got a signed photo of Sam Witwer (“Being Human”) for me 😉 The last time I went, I got to hear Catherine Bach and Schneider (“Dukes of Hazzard”) talk. A few years ago, my Dad and I listened to Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) – he was very interesting!! Even if you’re not a fan of comic books, these shows are so much fun to go to!!
Stan Lee was scheduled to appear but he had to have a pacemaker put in and cancelled. I was going to be all over him if he had shown LOL. Last year we had the television Batman and Robin, Billy Dee Williams, Gil Gerard (Buck Rogers), and Spike from Buffy Vampire Slayer. I want to go to more!!!
Jean-Luc and a Dalek. This is the best slideshow EVAH!!!!
🙂
You should’ve heard me squeal with delight when I saw the Dalek!!!
Way cool!!!
Awesomeness it was!
