Tulip Image #2

Today we have our second entry into the artistic rendering of an image contest.  Well, I call it a contest now.  Contest, opinion poll, whatever you wish to call it.  I hope you keep following to see what comes up next and to eventually vote for your favorite image come this weekend.

This image was treated to a black and white action with some vignetting.  I know the tulips are a bright beautiful color but sometimes monochrome really brings out some details.  What do you think?

I appreciate the exercise, Teri. I do think I prefer yesterday’s version over today’s, though. Having seen them in “living color”, B&W just doesn’t do it for me.
    On to version no. 3!

I really love the colors in that first photo. It looks like the tulips have a story of their own to tell.
