Apparently a lot of the formations out there have been given names based upon “interpretations” of how they look. There was one called Snoopy Rock but I’m not sure if we found it or not. You’ve already seen Chapel Rock so now I give you – Bell Rock.

It does look like a bell…I wonder how folks in the area decide on a name…is it by committee, do they hold a contest in the schools, is by the first person to view the formation and they get to name it and tell everyone else…hmmm something to ponder…
