Converted to black and white with an extra splash of tan tint and here you go! Reminds me of an old western movie or photo. Can you feel the heat as the blades barely turn? It’s nothing but sun and sand and the occasional tumbleweed going past. Watch out for snakes, scorpions and other varmints while you go hunting for the nearest saloon to quench yer parched throat 😉

Yup, it also reminds me of old western movies that I watched long time ago. Perhaps it will look better if you give it a little sepia tone, Teri 🙂
I almost went sepia but liked this better. Maybe I will try it again.
water…water…..water…..
Crawling and gasping in the sand! lol
yepper!
Definitely looks old Western–like a ghost town. . .very haunting. Wouldn’t want to be there when the sun went down. Neat pic. You’re very talented at this picture taking stuff, TD.
Thanks…I try to get better with every time I shoot.
Love the effect, Teri. It looks like a true vintage photo now.
I may work it again adding more “age” to it one day but I am behind so….
Gorgeous!
Thanks! I have designs on tweaking it further.
Nice B&W!
Thank you.
