And they’re pink too!

Would I drive a pink car? Probably not (make it a sizzling red and I’m there!) but here were two charmers in the 1955 – 1988 convertible section.  I recall as a young child going to the mechanics with my mom to take our Ford Fairlane 500 into the shop when I saw a Thunderbird with that big wheel on the back.  I said to myself “That is the car I want when I grow up!”  Never got a Thunderbird; the first car I ever owned was a Chevy Nova.  That’s how it goes sometimes 🙂

Wicked cars! Pink is not for me, but the cars here are wonderful examples of an era of luxury that many people could more easily afford than the luxury cars we have today, and those cars will outlast many of today`s premier vehicles. Built for cruising, for sure. Nice shots! Keep them coming! 🙂

These are just too cool! I’m not a pink car person either, but I would still love to own one. My first car was a 1966 Ford Fairlane GTA that I restored from top to bottom. Sure wish I still owned it.

  5. I would like to have one of these, please!
