Besides all of the pretty glassware in the window of this consignment shop, what caught my attention was the little sign that said: BEACH if you are lucky enough to live on the water you are lucky enough! Works for me.
F4.0 – 1/500 – ISO100 – 50mm – Daylight WB
I like that…
The saying or the window? π
The saying…
I would love to try some time living near the water (ocean that is)
The window’s not bad either,,,
As soon as I opened up this photo…I said, “Oh my Lord….I want it allβΊ”
You just made my day – LOL I have to stay out of this shop π
If I was ever lucky enough to live on the beach I would TOTALLY get that sign! LOVE IT! :)-Ashley
I soooooooooooo miss the beach!
I’ve learned to walk straight past these consignment shops lest I start browsing. That sign would have been just the thing to catch my eye and bring me into the shop. At least here, I can appreciate the sign without the urge to buy something. π
When you come to Ohio I will take you here and turn you loose on all of the shoppes π
I would like to be that lucky and this looks like a fun shop to browse in!
Ahhhhhhh the beach. It is fun to browse in. Half of it is women’s clothing on consignment. Dangerous place π
Great photo. And let me add that I really appreciate your including the technical information (f/stop, etc.). I am always interested in how photographers achieve their results.
Sometimes I forget to add the little details like how the photo was achieved but I’m right there with you on being interested in how photographers get that shot.
You captured the crisp detail that makes you aware of how fragile it all is.
Thank you. Just drove past the shop the other day and the front window is empty – they are remodeling.
It was a better photo catch than you knew.
