If you don’t celebrate it then I wish you a blessed day whatever your day may entail. Right now this greeting is coming early because I will be up to my elbows in cooking and then relatives. This year I am happily not in charge of the main course and will just be making the deserts.
Thanksgiving isn’t and shouldn’t be about stuffing ourselves silly and then flopping on the sofa to watch sports (although that is what happens in many homes) it isn’t about Pilgrims and Native Americans way back when, and it shouldn’t be about shopping anywhere! The day should be a day when we gather together to share in that basic of all needs – food and companionship. And to give thanks for whatever it is we have and for each other.
Hope your day and the rest of the week is a good one. I’m taking a blogging break to enjoy friends and family. See you next week.
Oh! An interesting factoid , Thanksgiving and the first day of Hanukkah – Happy Hanukkah to you who celebrate – are on the same day this year and won’t be again for another 70,000 years! Once in a lifetime 🙂
Wishing you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving, too, Teri.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and also to your family, Teri
Happy Thanksgiving, Teri. Enjoy! Wish I was celebrating with turkey and the full program 😉

Happy Thanksgiving to you Teri!
Beautiful flowers! Hope you have a very happy Thanksgiving! :)-Ashley
Happy Thanksgiving to You, DH and Family!
Enjoy the long weekend with family and friends. I do hope you’ll share your desserts 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving – enjoy your time with family and friends, this years it’s just me and the boys…so I haven’t even started preparing anything other than the bird in brine.
Thank you everyone for your Thanksgiving greetings and wishes. We had a wonderful time with family and friends and oh did I eat entirely too much of my sisters cooking. I hope your day was equally blessed 🙂
Happy Belated T-Day, TD! Glad you had time with your sisters and plenty of good eats. All the best.
Thanks. Just the one sister, son, daughter, daughter in law, two grands and a bestie 🙂
