Jack Frost and the Snow Queen that is. We certainly got a visit from the two of them yesterday. First Jack came in and then the Queen left us 4-8 inches of the white stuff. Rumor has it that they will be making a return visit possibly tomorrow. No, really! It’s quite alright that you came by once. I’m sure there are others out there that you really must visit…far be it from me to keep you from your appointed rounds. These are two more of the wonderful characters that were out in historic St. Charles, Missouri as part of their Christmas traditions.
(Can you guess yet that I hope they push off and take their things with them? OK, maybe they can come back for Christmas – but not a day sooner!)

The first round missed us completely, Teri, but we’re getting some now from the 2nd front. I’ve no idea how much will fall but I doubt it will be anything to worry about. (Famous last words.) I hope it skips your area this time around.
So far we got some very pretty dust…that is my kind of snow!
