Happy New Year everyone! I hope whatever you did to celebrate last night was a good way to ring out the old and ring in the new. I’d like to thank everyone who recently signed up to follow my blog because thanks to each and every one of you new and old, I made the goal and have won my prize! (Tosses confetti into the air) Thank you all so very much. I will let you know what it is when I get it.

Snuggling in with my wife after a hot, deep bath, then watching a movie (The Way) while sipping bubbly abed, finally listening to the neighbors’ cheers and fireworks … and here we are! Ready for more bubbly with breakfast!
