I am not sure..is it edible? nice colour composition, like it!
Thank you and yes it is very edible.
Ohhhh, your beautiful macro photography! 🙂 I was going to say “aquarium coral or sand?” but that’s not edible. Some type of granola?
Thank you, Cindi. This would make for some interesting granola but no, not granola 😉
I’m sitting here trying to figure out what the heck this is, lol. I feel like I’ve seen it somewhere before and it’s just not coming to me. I’ll think of it hours from now I’m sure. I love the picture either way!
Thanks! And when it comes to your (or the reveal tomorrow which ever comes first) you will go – Oh yeah! 😉
Is it cereal?
You wouldn’t like this in your cereal 🙂
At first I thought it was red pepper flakes but now……I have no idea!
Congrats, Ingrid! You guessed 🙂
Do I win a prize?
Yes! The honor of getting it right 🙂
As she takes a curtsey…… 🙂
Well now that I see that Ingrid got it, I can only say I was WRONG! I was going to say trail mix or your morning cereal. GAH!! –Lisa
I like spicy food but not spicy cereal! LOL
What else have you put in the mix?
Just the pepper flakes.
Lovely. Excellent composition. I especially like the little ear-shaped piece at the rule-of-thirds point at the lower left–although “Reservoir Dogs” does come to mind . . .
Come to think of it, that seed does look a bit like an ear. I’ve never seen that movie and now I’m not so sure I want to! lol
WAY TO GO INGRID!!! I would have never guessed! I loved this macro shot!
Yes, Ingrid just HAD to go and be correct and mess up my teasing others with what the image was LOL I do enjoy macro shooting
Nice shot, both these dried red pepper flakes, and yesterday’s shot. They spice up food, but I also think they are so photogenic.
Thank you. I like finding what’s amazing in all things. Sometimes that means getting very close 🙂
I never would have guessed pepper flakes, Teri. Nicely done.
Thank you 🙂
Looks like a crushed chili pepper to me. I know because I grow them…..and crush them sometimes. 🙂
Yes indeed it was 🙂
