Well darn! I wish I had known about this before we booked a hotel room! Maybe next time we go back for a visit we might avail ourselves of this vacation rental company. You can make out some of the rentals in the window on the right. To stay in a house built around 1870 with all the modern conveniences one could want versus staying in a hotel with several hundred other people? No brainer! And here I thought it was just another shop on Main Street Old St. Charles, Missouri.
I’ve been missing out!
Oh, it sounds wonderful!! Cher xo
Historic St. Charles has so many interesting shops, pubs and restaurants! You would love visiting. The next time we go back I’m going to try and use one of these rentals.
Oh yes, I think it would be a fantastic place to visit! I bet those rentals are so incredible unique!
You have to click on the link and see how gorgeous they are on the inside!
Ooooh, I shall do that!! Thank you!! Cher xo
Wow! I want to go there! Gorgeous is right!! Have a cup of Timmies handy, and that place is perfect! 😉
One slight problem…seems there are no Timmies in Missouri yet but they are in plans to open some 😦
I figured that was the case; I guess I was dreaming, wasn’t I? *grin* We are going to Canada for Christmas, and I am heading to Tim Hortons right away! 😉
YAY!!! Make sure to stock up and bring as much as you can back 🙂
Yay! *LOL* Oh yes, we are most definitely going to do that! *And a stop on the way to my family’s house; Timmies for everyone! 🙂
Great idea. I love the shot of the door with all the decorations and colorful brick and shutters. Cheers!
It’s on Main Street in Historic St. Charles and every building is very very old and either brick or wood. And the streets are brick.
Good to know, thanks! 😃
You’re welcome! Do come and visit 🙂
oh well..maybe for next year? Nice photo..it feels Christmas is coming soon!!
They go all out decorating here and if we go back next year I will most definitely look into this!
