Cypripedium Orchids

Cypripedium or Lady Slipper orchids are some of the most exotic and showiest of orchids.  In my opinion, some of them look like they have little faces…or  little aliens piloting their space ships.

Thanks. They have a few leftovers near the parrots but this show was just for a weekend a few weeks ago. FPC will have it’s show starting 1/10/15.

Exotic and gorgeous! Nice macro shots! I do see little faces! The one looks like the USS ENTERPRISE. Was Spock around the corner?
