Right now I would be thrilled with the wonderful autumn weather that was the day this photo was taken at the Columbus Zoo in one of the bird areas instead of our current winter storm warning.
I wonder where this little guy is now? Hopefully someplace safe and warm.

Nice shot. I like the lighting. Yup, more snow in th forecast here too. Temp in the car this morning was -8F. Brrrrrrr
Thanks! Glad that you could get to your car and it started! Stay safe and warm!
Yeah…It was slow to start (like moi) but we both managed to get moving 🙂 Same to you.
Thank you 🙂
Beautiful shot Teri, I would not think it was taken in zoo! I wish the same for this little birdie 🙂
I was surprised to see him there but it was good to see him. Thanks
I hope he’s safe and warm, too! Cardinals are my favorite North American bird. I miss them here in Northern Europe!
Thanks. What’s a “colorful” bird over there?
Okay this is just getting a bit strange… I just saw a Cardinal here in Arizona, yesterday! I have never seen one here in the Southwest and was missing them so! And then you post this. Whoa….. I am telling you…. Like Minds!! 😀 Another beauty of a photo!
Thank you…he was my subliminal messenger bird LOL
