Pine trees to me just say winter and Christmas tree but no matter how wintry it gets, there is something beautiful about a snow covered evergreen. Makes you just want to stay in the house (or cabin) by the fireplace with a mug of something warm and tasty, a blanket, and a good book…
(Color photo today – Monochrome yesterday)
Just lovely. It lends hope that spring may come. Cheers.
Thanks and come it must!
Wonderfully captured, my friend. It automatically makes me want to throw on those flannel pj’s and snuggle up by the log fire 🙂
Thank you and I have succeeded then in conveying the emotion 🙂
You spoiled me yesterday with the B&W. This is still a great shot but I see spring in the green and winter in the monochrome. May I try for fall tomorrow? 😀
Ummmmmmm….LOL
That’s a perfect idea..and add the snowfall! Great capture, Teri!
Thanks, Indah 🙂
This makes me miss all our pine trees we had in our backyard up in Indiana all those years. Sometimes, the snow would be so heavy on them, they would bend in half…lol. Great photo.
Thanks. Amazing the memories that can be recalled sometimes huh?
Gorgeous photo! It definitely is a winter beauty!

Thanks. I do like pine trees and they seem in their element in the snow.
Just a tiny bit of green…
Enough to let us know that we haven’t gone ice age…
Not quite yet…
love the lightness in this photo…of the branch itself and the coloring of the photo
Thanks. This caught my eye as I was walking over the creek on a little foot bridge.
