More Parfait

Roses are my most favorite flower to photograph.  Besides their beauty I enjoy being around them taking in the entire sensory experience.  Within a single rose bush, depending on what stages the flowers are, you can take several different shots often revealing its entire life cycle.  Yesterday I featured one full bloom of a Cherry Parfait rose with it’s striking cherry and white (cream) colored petals.  Here are some of her other lovely faces.

Beautiful. I love roses too, but mine don’t last long. The bugs and/or animals around here love them more.

I don’t have any at our new home but I plan on getting a few next year. Yeah, critters are the bane of their existence.
