Art Mimicking Reality

I didn’t notice it at first because I was just looking at the entire wall but once the image was uploaded and viewed closer I saw it!  Can you see it?  These are some very good artists.  Your hint is the title of the post 😉

        Old Route 66. The whole mural is a memorial to Old Route 66.

      The entire building was one giant mural as a memorial to Old Route 66 which is on the street in front of this building. (Thanks, Tim, for the info!)

    A great mural, Teri, but after 3 visits, I don’t have any idea what you see. I just can’t see the image(s) for the stones.

      Look at the stone wall/s….part of it is real and the other is the mural. Can you find where one melds into the other?

        Argh! Yes, I see the intersecting line. I’ve seen far too many of those optical illusion photos (see the cigar? the dinosaur? the people? etc). I’m going to take a nap and rest my weary eyes. 🙂
