Just a few shots from around the lighthouse and another of the lighthouse itself as the fog and rain came in. I can only imagine how it looks now with snow being in the area as compared to when we were there in September.

Lovely images. I am not sure if they have snow or not but it would make for an interesting image. Cheers!
Thanks. I’ve seen some shots of the area with snow and they are fantastic..but I bet colder than heck too!
Yes. I am hoping to get some shots during break but am prepared to dress warmly.
Very nice pics. I do like the fog…(Suzanne)
Thank you. It did add something to it I think 🙂
Rocky and wet! I love the lighthouse.
Thanks! I tried to find Bullwinkle but to no avail 😉
Did the wind blow you apart? LOL…great shot.
Not this day but later on in the trip I got zapped by the wind and rain on top of Cadillac Mountain. Thanks.
sssh…don’t say the “s” word!
Mums the word!
I lived along Lake Michigan for several years and, though it’s no ocean coast, I loved walking along the water’s edge during the winter months. As beautiful as these captures are, Teri, I bet you really enjoy going back with your camera in, say, January. Well, given the right clothing, of course. 😉
Sureeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Beautiful.
Thank you.
I love this photo! Rich colour, moody weather, the contrasts of water, rock and lighthouse!
Thank you. At first I thought the fog would make for a dull photo but it didn’t 🙂
