Oscar Nominee

Tonight is the night of the Oscar awards and I am torn between watching it to see if my favorites will win or staying with my usual Sunday night viewing of The Walking Dead.  Polar opposites don’t you think?  It is for certain that one of them will get the DVR while I enjoy the other.  But I wanted to share a couple of scenes from when we visited one of the nominee’s in the summer of 2013 – Manchester by the Sea, Massachusetts.

The walking dead I’m sure will be better than the living dead. 😉

If I were you, I’d pick the Walking Dead. I agree with Timothy that it’s got to be better than actors tripping over themselves to try and convince you that they’re humble!!

    • While leaning heavily towards TWD there are some movie categories that I am highly interested in seeing the outcome. It’s a given that there will be egos galore but that’s part of the movie world.

  3. Manchester by the Sea (the town) is really nice. I want to explore it more having only driven through a few times. As for the Oscars, I am not sufficiently on top of current movies. Cheers

I watched TWD/Talking Dead but switched to the Oscars in time to see Denzel lose, then turned it off

The movie is about a library? Considering all the hoopla, that must be one heckuva library! 🙂
