Let’s get daffy

As in daffodils.  If you want to be the other definition for daffy by all means go for it!  Another sign of spring are the arrivals of the daffodils.  Usually they bloom before tulips but in Inniswood they were sharing all of us humans with the tulips…and other flowers.

I’ve never seen a curly daffodil like these before; wonderfully unique.

We call them popcorn daffys. Ours have bloomed themselves out already.

But is that the name on the box of bulbs?

It’s our name for them. I don’t know what their real name is. Laurie plants the daffys.
