It’s officially summer here in this part of the world and it’s Friday! This photo was taken on my sunrise foray onto the beach when we were in Miami Beach. This young lady, Samantha from @Revived_Living, is a former competitive gymnast who was having some photos taken for her website; she is now a health and lifestyle coach.

It’s “Hot town summer in the city!” with a lovin’ spoonful of 107º temps out here in the wild west. Samantha looks like a happy lifestyle coach.
Is the back of your neck getting dirty and gritty 😉 That is too hot. I read that the heat has canceled some flights out there.
Probably around Phoenix and Las Vegas, NV. Haven’t heard of any flights cancelled out of Albuquerque due to the heat.
