Variety is the food truck of life

Amazing how food trucks and the variety of foods they offer are multiplying.  The difficulty is finding the one you want when you want it.  They have a tendency to move around what with those wheels and all 😉

    It’s been forever since I ate off a food truck – I think we were still calling them ‘roach coaches’ at work or maybe it was our county fair – either way it’s been a loooong time!

    Since Albuquerque has the highest per capita brew pubs in the US, it probably has the highest capita of food trucks that park outside the brew pubs. Very few brew pubs serve food, but beer seems to make people crave food trucks, so food trucks there are lots and lots of them.

    It’s been forever since I ate off a intellectual nourishment hand truck – I consider we were still calling them ‘roach coaches’ at workplace or maybe it was our county honest – either means it’s been a loooong time! Seems we take a ton of those around but I’m hunting down the one friends swear by 🙂
