Amazing how food trucks and the variety of foods they offer are multiplying. The difficulty is finding the one you want when you want it. They have a tendency to move around what with those wheels and all 😉

Seems we have a ton of those around but I’m hunting down the one friends swear by 🙂
It’s been forever since I ate off a food truck – I think we were still calling them ‘roach coaches’ at work or maybe it was our county fair – either way it’s been a loooong time!
I think they have evolved quite a bit from their early days. You should try one again.
I don’t see very many around here – very boring town around here in the summer – but I’ll try.

Since Albuquerque has the highest per capita brew pubs in the US, it probably has the highest capita of food trucks that park outside the brew pubs. Very few brew pubs serve food, but beer seems to make people crave food trucks, so food trucks there are lots and lots of them.
Would love to own a food truck, it reminds me of the film Chef it was a great film
