Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory

It’s a tourist mecca but even if you don’t go inside who can resist taking a photo of this big bat!  The Louisville Slugger bat is famous (it even appeared in the recent movie Kingsman: The Golden Circle) and this is where they are made.  We opted out of the tour and made a beeline for the gift shop where you can purchase all of the usual souvenirs as well as bats from tiny key chain size up to standard size where they will engrave your name on the bat for you if you want that kind of thing.  I bought a small bat that commemorated the solar eclipse.

Hope your weekend is full of home runs 🙂
