Highball Halloween 2018 – Dressing for the party

Columbus makes art is a hashtag around here and it is very true.  Columbus also throws great events where the artistic denizens of our fine town come out to shine and to have one heck of a great time.

The attention to detail (not to mention the ability to walk well in high heels for both women and men) was fantastic.  There were some outfits I recognized immediately while others I had to ask who they were dressed as and a few where I just took a photo from a safe distance.

I happened to catch Captain America here in between bites of his White Castle burger.  Hey! A hero has to eat sometime.

Power Rangers, their villains, the Flash on a snack run and two stilt walkers.  How do they do that?

I did not have the nerve to ask but check out Glinda the good witch in the background.

I hope this guy won a prize for this costume.  If you don’t recognize it then look up the Carol Burnett show Gone with the Wind skit.
