Manhattan’s Chinatown is a neighborhood in lower Manhattan and is home to the highest concentration of Chinese people in the western hemisphere; population of around 90,000 to 110,000.
I went on a photo walk with a fellow photographer who lives in Manhattan and if I had to go back and find all of the places he took me – I couldn’t! And even as much as I saw and as much walking as we did there was so so much more to see.
Here is one image of what we saw on our walking tour, the welcome to Chinatown mural on Allen Street. More coming soon…

That’s quite a caption.
Thanks, Tim.
I’m charmed by Chinatown. Here, the food is delicious and cheap.
greetings
Thank you 🙂
I walked through here going to the Manhattan Bridge. It’s a fascinating area and your photo captures it.
Thanks. I’ve got so much going on now (besides getting well) that I am terribly behind in posting all the images I took there.
awesome, thank you!
It’s a thing of beauty! I love the postcard look.
Thank you.
