The plan was for me to take my wee coo (Billy T. Bull) on our trip to Scotland in 2018 to look into his roots – or something like that – and turn it into a book for a grandchild but as the saying goes “the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray!” and this one definitely did go way astray.
So while the book may or may not ever see the light of day, I want to share with you bits of what it could’ve been and in turn revisit some of Scotland as we are all rather limited with where we can visit now.
Let me introduce you to Billy as he was busy helping me plan our road trip through Scotland. He was very excited about the trip.
Stay tuned for his adventures… he definitely had them!

Billy is too cute! Looking forward to following his adventure. I love Scotland and the Highland Coos!
I think he almost had more fun than I did 🙂
I love Billy. He would have been a good adition to the trip but it’s fun to see him now, also.
He had fun especially when people would talk to him. I stuck him in my backpack with his head sticking out and he got lots of attention.
I am sure he had a great time there 😉
Oh he had a great time and brought someone home with him 😉
I am well acquainted with “Of Mice and Men” and well laid plans going astray. Billy is a cute little bull. He seems to be a bit like Ferdinand in the “Story of Ferdinand”.
Thanks, Tim. He is a lovable wee coo and a bit of a ham!
Billy is adorable. What a great idea … a children’s book. I know you can do it!
I’ve already got two other books ruminating on my hard drive…Billy is willing to wait 🙂
Now how adorable is this! YOU can do this! I love the idea and you have it almost done!
Images I’ve got but the text? Kids aren’t ready for my sense of humor but we shall see 🙂
I’m really looking forward to reading more of Billy’s adventures. 🙂
Thank you. I think you will enjoy his adventures 🙂
🙂
Garfield says hello to Billy. You have a fur kid!! Yaay!
