All summer we’ve seen these beautiful sailboats out on the lake here and on the other big body of water, the Hoover Reservoir, but we never knew where they went at night until we discovered one of their marinas. As we were walking through the tall grass, weeds, trees and fallen leaves on a path made by the feet of many a fisherman one sailboat, the Stargazer is it’s name, came sailing into dock.
Well, it wasn’t sailing exactly. They were using the outboard motor to bring it in. I’d really like to ride on one of these one day.

It must have been pretty watching it glide along the water.
It was. People on sailboats always look so content.
Sail, sail away. I don’t see many sail boats out here.
We have plenty here I’ve discovered.
I love the fall colors. Very pretty! 😃👍
Thank you! ♥
😄😄Keep photographing great sights to show us all. It is a visual treat each time.
Do sail! It’s a wonderful experience. I used to LOVE it.
I think my first outing should be with someone who has been doing it for years 🙂
Oh to sail along that river with those leaves… awe!!!
This isn’t a river but an inlet to the marina from the big lake. And the colors frame almost every inch of the water which makes it great.
