Says this Barred Owl we were fortunate to be led to by another couple who had seen it first on the park walking trail after they saw us with our cameras. It was a great start to the exploration of a brand new (to us) metro park.

Nice capture. I’d love to get a photo of an owl. I likely walk right past them in my strolls while they watch me.
We wouldn’t have even seen it if it hadn’t been for this couple who saw us with our cameras. They can be very quiet and blend in.
