Halloween Week – Abandoned House #4

This one I am still confused about.  I know that it was inhabited not too terribly long ago and then a big sign appeared saying the land was for sale.  The surrounding farmland was purchased and they tore down a great old barn and put a road right through the middle of things but as of a month ago, soybeans were still being grown on the land – and harvested!

I don’t know if the house is abandoned (those cars have been there for a very long time in the same spots) or not but when I took this photo there were pumpkins on the front porch. Stranger things afoot!

(I had a bit of fun with this image and did an ominous sky replacement using Luminar 4.  The original sky was a plain overcast gray. How do you like it? )
