Both have a different appeal – the monochrome is mysterious and moody and goes very well with the title of the post. I like the color one too – the green grass contrasting with the brilliant white fence and the red house is very eye catching!
If I had to choose one – the monochrome for me 🙂

The color gives it a whole different feel. I like it too, and I can see it is spring there.
