Chianti or Moulin Rouge

Neither the libation nor the cabaret but this one sunflower standing out from it’s companions. I’m just not sure which one. It’s a beautiful dark burgundy flower with petals that look like velvet. Not what one usually thinks of when imagining sunflowers but like we humans, we don’t have to be homogeneous to be beautiful.

Have a great weekend. I will be on ibuprofen as I had an appointment at the dentist’s office the other day to replace the crown that tried to make a run for it on my birthday. It did not go well….not at all. I have to go back Monday for an “adjustment” Groan….
