As you may or may not have noticed, I haven’t been around for quite some time. There are a lot of reasons for that…quite a lot! It all comes down to I have had to let some things go/stop in order to try and handle other things.
A lot has and is happening that has resulted in my prioritizing certain aspects of my life and putting others on the back burner or completely on the shelf. It basically comes down to I have had to let some things go/stop in order to try and handle other things. My online print store has been put on hiatus until I am able to give it the attention it needs. We have had some family emergencies with the extended family and there have been some serious health issues that have resulted in one ER visit and too many doctor’s office visits with more on the horizon. Stress will get you if you don’t watch out…and even if you do.
I am soooooo thankful for health insurance but those co-pays – ouch!
We are all too aware of the insanity going on in the world and even if it may be taking place far from where one may live, it has rippling effects. It feels in some ways that 2022 is just a variant of 2020! But there have been some good moments in the mix.
Eldest grandson graduated from high school, his baby brother starts kindergarten in a month and the granddaughter has her first job. We were finally able to visit DH’s family in Arizona which, while a bittersweet visit, was nice. We made it to the annual warbler migration here in Ohio and my new car was finally delivered!

It was really weird to be back on a plane again; having to wear a mask didn’t bother me one bit. Actually, even booking everything (which was costly) was strange. I had gotten rusty with bookings. Oh well, you learn to adapt or fall behind.
So there you have it. I cannot say when I will post again. It could be in a few days or a few months; depends on what is manageable and my energy level. But in the meantime, let me go see what you all have been up to.

Here’s to improving health. Co-pays are a pain, and half the time they don’t count toward your total out of pocket. Beautiful photos. Pretty bucking Bronco you have there.
Thanks Tim. I have to have a “discussion” with the insurance company about a few things tomorrow. My new baby is so much fun.
I have been thinking of you and keeping you and your family in my prayers. Co-pays are definitely a pain.
I am not on IG as often …as the reels are driving me nuts! So I have not kept up with your pretty pictures as often as I should.
Stay well my friend… and have fun in that new Bronco! It’s quite beautiful!
Thank you, Nancy. I am all thumbs when it comes to those reels so just posts are easiest for me. Hope by this fall I can take her off roading.
Lovely set of photos, Teri! Take care!
Thanks, Belinda. It has been a pretty good birding year so far.
So nice to see you again. All of life’s ‘complications’ certainly can be a pain, but you have a new car, and those are some wonderful bird photos. Family time is good, too — I’m glad you’ve been able to enjoy that while coping with life’s stresses!
Wishing you good health and I am one who knows it. Yea, co pay sucks. Hope your plate gets full to allow you to show us more of your lovely photos.
Whatever will be happening, I wish you all the best, and hope to see you here some time in the future, in good health and good spirits.
Take best of care,
Pit
It sounds like you have been quite busy amid the health issues, and I hope you are alright. I went through a heart attack in June, and understand.
The photos are beautiful.
Thank you Lavinia. I am always so happy to “see” you ♥
