Feathery Friday – Tufted Titmouse

I don’t know what it is about these birds but every time I see them I just smile. They are so cute; those eyes and that tuft of feathers at the top of their heads, just adorable. It was cold but he put on his best floof and seemed to be keeping warm. unlike my fingers on this cold February day. I’ve yet to find a pair of gloves that keep my fingers warm. Thank goodness for hand warmer inserts then and the weather getting a bit warmer now.

A stuffed toy of them would be great!

Titmice and chickadees are among my favorite little birds. Your photo captures a lot of textural detail in those feathers, Teri.
