Burgundy Slippers

Today is the last day of my orchid series and in reality I believe the show ends today here as well.  Stay tuned for a new series…as soon as I figure out what it will be.  Have a great weekend and for those of us in the USA that live in states that participate, watch out for that lost hour on Sunday.

Sunshine Superman

This Lady’s Slipper orchid just made me think of that song with it’s bright yellow and green colors and the light shining through it.

Lady’s Slipper

Oncidium in formation

This stem of Oncidium orchids reminds me of choreographed dancers that are all in line one in front of the other and that fan out on cue.
