Halloween Week – Abandoned House #5

There’s an interesting story that goes with this image.  I kinda sorta remember where I found this house (actually it was an entire abandoned block) I remember the images I took BUT I cannot recall when I took this photo and even more importantly what file it’s in.  The only reason I am able to share it with you today is because I had posted it to Instagram and I mailed the image back to myself.

Me thinks this house doesn’t want to be found again!

Oooh this is by far the scariest, plus in monochrome it really stands out like something out of a spooky movie!

  2. Spooky house. It’s even spookier that you can find it in your files.

    Another good one.

  4. There is something about old houses, specially in monochrome…looks like a set of horror movie tbh.

Works well in b&w to bring out the character. A Scary Halloween to you Teri!

Sound thinking. (I’m glad some too forget the exact specifics of some pix… I’m reworking my entire photo file right now, and it can be a nightmare in some cases…)
    Buen fin.

    • Currently I am going through files and deleting some of the multiple multiples to cull the herd and then on to the next phase of better file management.

Exactly. One of the problems I face is that I’ve done several back-ups over the years after my last PC’s mother board burnt. So I have different versions of the same… topics… Culling is the right word… Good luck

With that ominous sky and the enormous overgrowth this house looks spookiest of all. A happy Halloween to you 🙂
